Youth Programs

Strengthening Our Youth

We offer a number of youth programs based on the capacity, demand, and availability of coaches and qualified supervisors.
There are absolutely no fees.

Boxing

BOXING

Our boxing program targets youth from ages 8 – 18 and program times are routinely from 3:30pm – 7:00pm Mondays through Thursdays. There is no previous boxing experience required. However, your child should be prepared to exercise and be active during the training times. All levels are accepted and all participants must have a waiver signed by an adult parent or guardian to participate.

Tennis

TENNIS

Supervised instruction and practice sessions and organized matches. There is no previous tennis experience required. However, your child should be prepared to exercise and be active during the training times. All levels are accepted and all participants must have a waiver signed by an adult parent or guardian to participate.

Weight Training

WEIGHT TRAINING

In addition to boxing, participants can enjoy supervised strength training from 3:30pm – 7:00pm Mondays through Thursdays. There is no previous experience required. However, your child should be prepared for strenuous exercise. All levels are accepted and all participants must have a waiver signed by an adult parent or guardian to participate.
