Lazarus Kimsal

President Lazarus Kimsal is currently a Sergeant with Boca Raton Police Services Department. Sgt. Kimsal joined the department in 2009 with previous law enforcement experience. 

Sgt. Kimsal has an extensive police background and is active in the community.  In addition to his responsibilities to the PAL, he became President of the Boca Raton Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 35 in August, 2021.

Nancy Chanin
Nancy Chanin, Vice President, has been a Boca Raton PAL Board Member since 2005 and formerly served as President for two years. A long-time community activist, she has also managed political campaigns for candidates for the Boca Raton City Council, Delray Beach and the Florida State House. Several years ago, she successfully lobbied the Boca Raton City Council to continue supporting the efforts of the PAL when the council considered cutting off municipal funding. Nancy has written for a variety of publications and more recently has contributed Op Ed columns and letters to the editor for both the Palm Beach Post and the Sun-Sentinel. Nancy also serves on the Delray Beach Green Implementation Advancement Board and is a Board member of the EJS Project and the Spady Cultural Heritage Museum. The mother of three grown children, Nancy has lived in the Boca Raton/Delray Beach area for over 25 years.
Gary Giannone
Gary Giannone, Recording Secretary, was born and raised in New York, After high school he attended SUNY/Farmingdale. He has been involved in amateur boxing and mentoring at risk youths since 1978 and was a member of USA Metro Boxing, NYC Golden Gloves and NYC Kid Gloves. In 2006, after retiring from the New York City Fire Department, Gary and his wife Janet moved to Boca Raton. He soon found his way to the Boca Raton PAL and began volunteering to help train boxers. Most nights he can be found at the PAL gym working with the kids. He became a member of the Boca Raton PAL board of directors in 2012
Laureen Pannullo
Prior to relocating to Boca Raton in 2014, Laureen was a long time New Jersey resident. Laureen worked as a small business bookkeeper in the metropolitan New York City area before starting Confident Bookkeeping Services in 2016. She is dedicated to helping her clients fully understand their financial positions in order to achieve their business goals. She has been a member of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce since 2016, serves as an ambassador and is involved in the many charitalble organizations including The Golden Bell Education Foundation and Habitat for Humanity. She enjoys giving back to the community that she lives, works and plays in. She was invited to join the PAL Board in August 2021, and was appointed Treasurer in February, 2022
Elvis Crespo
Prior to relocating to Boca Raton in 2014, Laureen was a long time New Jersey resident. Guy Fronstin
Guy Fronstin has been a Florida resident since 1975 and a member of the Boca Raton PAL Board for more than 10 years. He graduated from Tulane University and Nova Law School. Between college and law school Guy lived in Aspen Colorado and worked for the Aspen Ski Company. He is the author of a book that is still in circulation entitled College: Maximize the Opportunity. Guy entered law school knowing he wanted to be a criminal law attorney. While in law school Guy was one of 12 Certified Legal Interns for the Palm Beach County’s Office of the State Attorney and the only intern hired at the conclusion of his internship. During his four years as an Assistant State Attorney, Guy handled cases from the smallest misdemeanors to the most serious felonies plus he held leadership and training positions. Guy was hired away from the State Attorney’s Office to work as an Enforcement Attorney in the securities industry for FINRA (formerly NASD). Subsequently he opened his own criminal defense firm with offices throughout Florida and he handles cases in State and Federal Court throughout the United States. He has handled countless trials and more than 10,000 cases including many cases that received national and international media coverage. Guy has been the recipient of numerous local and national awards and he has held Board and Committee positions with numerous charitable organizations.
Craig Hragyil Jr
Craig has been involved with athletics and the fitness industry for over 30 years. He started out in California working with clients at LA Boxing where he developed multiple world champions in MMA. From there, he moved to Atlanta, GA where he was the Director of Personal Training, Director of Club Operations, and Fitness Director at some of the premier athletic clubs. Craig and his family moved to Boca Raton in 2016 where he has been the Director of Fitness Operations at XPE Sports, a training facility for students, athletes, adults and NFL players. Craig has designed group workouts, personal training , managed facility build outs and mentored coaches. He has dedicated his life to helping others achieve their goals in the gym, in the workplace and in the local community. He joined the Boca Raton Police Athletic League in March 2022.
Tom Vladimir
Tom Vladimir, , has served on the Boca PAL board for over 15 years and most recently as President, He is the owner of Runner’s Edge Inc and Tennis Anyone in Boca Raton and also executive director of the Runner’s Edge Foundation. Tom grew up in Mercer Island, Washington and attended Emory University. Tom was the head Cross Country coach at FAU in 1995-97 and has run many marathons all over the United States. Tom has two kids Ryan and Andrew.
Chris Algeri
Chris graduated from Stony Brook University with honors in May 2007 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Care Management and received his Master’s degree from the New York Institute of Technology in Clinical Nutrition. Chris currently teaches in the psychology department at Nova Southeastern and is a candidate for a PHD in Health and Human Performance. Chris has trained at the BOCA PAL as a professional boxer since the spring of 2015 and has been a Boca Raton resident since 2016. Chris is the Former WBO Super Lightweight World Boxing Champion, as well as the ISKA and WKA World Kickboxing Champion. With over 18 years of professional fight experience, he has been featured on HBO PPV, HBO Boxing After Dark, PBC on Spike, ESPN Friday Night Fights, NBC Sports, ESPN+, TRILLER, and DAZN. Chris is the President and CEO of Chris Algieri Boxing, Inc. and Chris Algieri Fitness Nutrition, Inc. Chris joined the Board of the BOCA PAL in March of 2022.
Chris Ryan
Chris Ryan, Executive Vice President of Human Resources for the GEO Group, joined the Board of the Boca Raton Police Athletic League in March 2022 With world headquarters in Boca Raton, GEO is committed to providing enhanced evidence-based in-custody offender rehabilitation programing, including cognitive behavioral and substance abuse treatment, integrated with post-release support services. Chris grew up on Long Island, NY and received a B.S. in Community Health Services from the State University of New York, Plattsburgh. He’s been a resident of Palm Beach County since 2004. Chris also serves on the Board of another Palm Beach County 501(c)3 nonprofit charity, Making Every Day Count (MEDC). MEDC is committed to raising funds so that the Palm Beach County Family and Delinquency Drug Courts can provide youth and families affected by addiction the opportunity for a second chance.
